Responsibilities
A Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of high growth accounts and managing a team of account managers (4-8) to own and deliver key metrics to build a portfolio of deeply entrenched accounts.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met
- Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Will be responsible for complete handholding with customer till the revenue realization
Qualification Needed:
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude in networking and building relationships,
- Goal-oriented, organized team player,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, and good presentation skills,
- Strong negotiation skills,
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively,
- Self-motivated and self-directed,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling key accounts,
- MBA/PGDM in any specialization is mandatory
